The sole grievance raised by the petitioner is qua non-compliance of the directions passed by the Chief Information Commission ['CIC'] to Union Public Service Commission in its order dated 26.08.2025. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has taken appropriate recourse before CIC seeking full compliance of the directions dated 26.08.2025. According to him, such an application was presented on 08.11.2025, however, the same is pending for consideration. He also submits that in the interregnum, he has filed an application seeking urgent hearing, which remains pending for consideration.

Having considered the overall facts and situations, the Court finds that, under Sections 18 and 20 of the Right to Information Act, 2005, the respective Commissions are fully empowered to consider grievances relating The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. to non-compliance of their directions. If the petitioner has taken the aforesaid recourse, the same should be taken to its logical conclusion with due expedition.

Accordingly, the petitioner is further granted liberty to approach CIC and to seek early disposal of his grievance. If such an application is presented, the same is directed to be decided with due expedition. 5.

The petition stands disposed of.
