The present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent no. 2/Sanskriti school to admit and enroll the petitioner in Class IX under the Freeship/ Economically Weaker Section category for the Academic Session 2024-25.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly states that during the pendency of the present petition, petitioner took admission in Class IX at St. Michael‟s Senior Secondary School and has now taken the exams for Class IX, however, the result of the petitioner is withheld by the said school.

On a query posed by the court he fairly states that the relief which was sought in the present petition against respondent no. 2/school has become infructuous.
