O R D E R

The present petition raises a grievance with order dated 08.05.2024 passed by the Central Information Commission inasmuch as the said order fails to issue necessary directions as regards the information sought by the petitioner in its RTI application dated 12.11.2022. 2.

Vide order dated 15.01.2025 upon hearing respective counsel for the parties at some length, the learned counsel for the respondent no.2 had sought time to take instructions as to the status of the investigation/enquiry which is the subject matter of the RTI application filed by the petitioner. 3.

Today, during the course of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 has handed over a communication dated 09.09.2022 addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) with regard to the petitioner's complaint. CA/DLT/ACB/Complaint/2021/0497/76 dated 05.01.2022 Sir, I am directed to refer to above reference and complaint dated 21.08.2020 & 29.01.2021 of Dr. Kesar Singh Rawat on the above subject.

The Appointing and Disciplinary Authority in respect of Smt. Indu Rawat. Senior Stenographer, DUAC, had conducted a preliminary investigation with regard to complaint of disproportionate property/assets acquired beyond income by Smt. Indu Rawat. Senior Stenographer, Delhi Urban Art Commission (DUAC). The findings of the report was further examined in this Ministry. This Ministry go with the decision of Commission that to refer the case of alleged possession of assets disproportionate to known source of income by Smt. Indu Rawat. Senior Stenographer, DUAC to the CBI for further necessary action. 3.

CBI is, therefore, requested to take action accordingly. 4.

A copy of complaint dated 21.08.2020 and 29.01.2021 received in the matter as well as the PI report forwarded to this Ministry by DUAV vide letter no. 53(a)/2009/DUAC dated 06.04.2022 are enclosed herewith.

In the circumstances, no further order/s are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. 6.

Needless to say, in case the petitioner has any further query as regards status of the investigation by the CBI, he shall be at liberty to take recourse to such measures as may be permissible under law.
