This is an application filed by the Petitioner seeking permission to withdraw this petition in view of the settlement agreement dated 04.01.2024 executed between the parties. A copy of the settlement agreement has been filed with this application. It is stated that parties have settled the matter as per Vivad-se-Vishwas Scheme II. It is stated that with the execution of the settlement agreement no dispute survive between the parties for adjudication.

Learned counsel for the Respondent confirms the aforesaid submissions of the Petitioner.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

All future dates stand cancelled.
