This petition and connected applications are transferred to the court of Ms. Twinkle Wadhwa, ADJ, Patiala House Court, New Delhi in exercise of powers under Section 24(5) CPC which allows transfer of a case by a court which does not have jurisdiction. This is so done because this Court does not have pecuniary jurisdiction as the Award in question is approximately of an amount of Rs.70 lacs.

Counsel for the petitioner states that respondent has filed an execution petition and that execution petition is listed before the court of Ms. Twinkle Wadhwa, ADJ, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.
