The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that direction be issued for releasing the petitioner as she has been discharged by the learned Additional Sessions Judge by an order dated 03.12.2018 in FIR No.31/2018 registered with Police Station, Special Cell (SB). 3.
Mr. Mahajan, the learned ASC appearing for the State, submits that the order dated 03.12.2018, whereby the petitioner was discharged, was set aside by this Court by an order dated 26.02.2020 in Crl.Rev.P. No.240/2019, therefore, the petitioner is now required to be tried.

In view of the above, and since the petitioner is not appearing, the petition is dismissed in default.
