% 13.05.2016 This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner, inter alia, seeks setting aside of order No.BVB/REO/MGR/6148 dated 19.10.2015 passed by respondent Nos.3 and 4 and further subsequent orders/ proceedings initiated in lieu thereof violating the provisions of Delhi School Education Act and Rules, 1973 both in letter and spirit. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was suspended vide order dated 19.10.2015 issued by respondent Nos.3 and 4. He further submits that respondent Nos.2 and 3 has withdrawn the order of suspension on 09.02.2016.
Ms. Vivya Nagpal, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission
to withdraw the present petition and application with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy.
As prayed, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
