% 21.01.2019 C.M. No. 2480/2019 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application is disposed of.

W.P.(C) 541/2019 & C.M. No. 2479/2019 The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition to assail the order dated 10.07.2018 passed by the Tribunal in OA 1010/2012 and four miscellaneous applications moved by the petitioner before the Tribunal. The petitioner has already assailed the impugned order in W.P.(C) 31/2019, wherein we had issued notice returnable on 24th April, 2019. Two writ petitions cannot be preferred in respect of the same order passed in the same proceedings. We, therefore, dismiss the present petition.

However, the petitioner is granted liberty to raise the additional grounds in W.P.(C) 31/2019 in case the grounds raised in the present petition have not been taken in the said writ petition.
