O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 547/2019 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for the Sole Arbitrator to complete the proceedings and render the Award by a period of six months effective from November 23, 2019.

Accordingly, noting the contents of the petition and the learned counsel for the respondent has given his consent; the period for the Sole Arbitrator to complete the proceedings and render the Award is extended by a period of six months effective from November 23, 2019. The petition is disposed of.
