In absence of complete information with regard to the total number of cases pending before the Principal Bench, Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi [hereinafter referred to as 'CAT'], it would not be appropriate to issue any direction for timebound disposal of the OA filed by the Petitioner in the year 2025. 2.

However, since the Petitioner claims to be a specially abled person, the present Petition is disposed of, while granting liberty to the Petitioner to file an application before the concerned Bench of CAT for expeditious disposal of the OA filed by him and the same shall be considered by CAT sympathetically.
