% 28.05.2020 (Video Conference Hearing) CM APPL. 11423/2020 (joint application for withdrawal of the revision petition) By the instant application, the applicant - the revisionist seeks to withdraw the petition in pursuance of a settlement arrived at amongst the parties and the consequent execution of the Deed of Settlement dated 04.03.2020 which is annexed to the instant application as Annexure -1. During the course of hearing, it is also pointed out that the physical possession of the premises subject matter of the impugned eviction order was taken by the respondent/landlady on 16th July, 2019. The applicant - the revisionist being the dominus litis, taking note of the Deed of Settlement dated 04.03.2020, the
