% 07.01.2020 The present writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India, read with Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, instituted on behalf of the petitioner, prays as follows: "Direct the respondent No.1 to 3 to produce the wife of the petitioner namely Muskan, before this Hon'ble Court forthwith, in the interest of justice." In view of the circumstance that Ms. Muskan, the purportedly missing adult woman, is present before this Court in person, Mr. Raju, the petitioner, who claims to be her legally wedded husband, does not press this petition, any further.
The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
