O R D E R

The present bail application has been filed seeking regular bail in FIR No.612/2017 under Sections 302/201/120B/34 IPC and Sections 25/27 Arms Act, registered at Police Station Seelampur, Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has been in custody since 07.10.2017. He submits that the petitioner is not involved in any other case and the co-accused has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 26.11.2019.

Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, has vehemently opposed the bail application. He submits that the petitioner is involved in a case of murder and charge of Section 201 IPC is also framed against the accused.

In rebuttal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no charge of Section 201 IPC against the petitioner. BAIL APPLN. 3199/2019

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2017, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court and subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner will not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promises to the complainant or any witness during the trial or tamper with the evidence. (ii) The petitioner shall provide the I.O./SHO Police Station Seelampur, Delhi with his mobile phone number and in the event of change of his residential address, shall inform the same to the concerned I.O./SHO.

(iii) The petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the National Capital Territory of Delhi without prior permission of the concerned Court.

(iv) The petitioner will remain regularly present before the Trial Court.

With the above directions, the bail application is disposed of. DASTI.
