Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this writ petition as Petitioner No.1 has been able to trace the concerned file relating to the sewage work done as well as laying of sewage line in the colony, so as to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action with better and complete particulars and necessary documents.

Learned counsels appearing for the Respondents candidly state that they have no objection to the withdrawal of the petition, with liberty, as sought.
