Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

W.P.(CRL) 145/2024 2.

The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to the respondent to release the petitioner on first spell of furlough for a period of three weeks in FIR No.0053/2013 under Sections 302/307/394/397/34 IPC registered at PS Madhu Vihar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application seeking grant of furlough was made by the petitioner as early as on 06.10.2023. However, the same has not been disposed of.
