CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE REKHA PALLI
O R D E R
% 09.01.2018 Mr.Kamal Mehta, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1/School, at the outset, tenders his apology on behalf of the Principal of the School for having issued the letter dated 14th December, 2017. He assures the Court that the School will not take any action in terms of the said letter. He, however, expresses his apprehension that the child may misbehave with other students as was found in the past.
Mr.Aggarwal, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner‟s parents who are present in Court, undertakes that the parents will ensure that the child behaves in a disciplined manner in the School. He also undertakes that in case the respondent no.1/School sends any communication for counselling of the child,
the parents would co-operate with school authorities. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for respondent no.1, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions does not press this petition.
The petition and application are disposed of as withdrawn. DASTI.
