The subject matter of the present petition is admittedly within the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal ["the Tribunal"], under Section 18 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. In view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in L. Chandra Kumar vs. Union of India & Ors. [(1997) 3 SCC 261] and several judgments following it, Mr. Rachit Mittal, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Tribunal. 2.
The writ petition, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
