Mr. Aditya Singla, learned counsel for the respondent informs that in terms of order dated 30.01.2026 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in modification application bearing no. 6266/2026 filed by the respondent in W.P(C) 11902/2025, the time period for compliance has been extended till 10.02.2026.

It is submitted that the petitioner has been asked to appear before the Custom Department on 10.02.2026 for release of the concerned items. The said statement is taken on record.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed. 4.

The petition stands disposed of.

Needless to say, in case the concerned items are not released and/ or in the event of the matter remaining unresolved, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive these proceedings or file afresh.
