This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking setting aside of classification of accounts of the Petitioner as NPA and for stay on E-Auction notice dated 17.12.2024.

Learned counsels for the parties jointly submit that the inter se disputes have been amicably settled between the parties and One Time Settlement (OTS) has been executed, detailing the terms and schedule of payment by the Petitioner. In light of execution of OTS, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition, to which counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, has no objection. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn in light of execution of the OTS, which needless to state will bind the parties. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
