The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 BNSS seeking the following relief:

"protecting of the life of the petitioner and protection of the properties of petitioner bearing No. D-938, New Friends Colony, New Delhi - 110025 and other property bearing No. 4/8A, Gali No. 10, Harijan Basti, New Rohtak Road, New Delhi - 110005," 4.

threatening the petitioner and his family members. He, therefore, urges the Court that the present petitioner may be provided protection. 5.

In view of the above, issue notice. The learned Standing Counsel for the State accepts notice.

In view of the limited relief sought, the present petition is disposed of without calling any status report with a direction to the SHO concerned of Police Station New Friends Colony, to share the mobile numbers of the concerned beat constables of the area with the present petitioner. In the event of any distress call is received from the present petitioner, the same shall be attended to on an urgent basis in accordance with law.
