However, learned counsel for respondent submits that in terms with last order, jail authorities have rejected parole application dated 15.10.2024 of the petitioner. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he has received the said order of dismissal of parole application. 2.

Under these circumstances, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition to assail the rejection of parole.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
