% 10.02.2020 Petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 608/2019, registered at police station Nand Nagri, Delhi for the offences under Sections 308/323/34 IPC on the ground that he has been falsely implicated in this case.

this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation in this case and that petitioner does not deserve concession of anticipatory bail. Heard.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of this case, it is directed that in the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to bail on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer concerned, provided petitioner joins the investigation as and when called.
