O R D E R

% 10.02.2020 The present petition is filed under section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in pursuance to FIR No.133/2017 dated 09.08.2017 registered at Police Station Crime Branch. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that bail has been granted to the other accused by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 13.01.2020, subject to the condition that each petitioner therein shall deposit an amount of Rs.15 lacs within six months. Accordingly, on deposit of Rs.15 lakhs within six months, the petitioner herein be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.1 lakh with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The petition is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
