The petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 744/2020 of PS Ambedkar Nagar for offence under Section 394/397/411/34 IPC on the ground that complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioners.

Learned APP for State accepts notice and strongly opposes the petition on the ground of severity of allegations and the antecedents of one of the petitioners who is involved in a murder case. In the present case also, the victim was stabbed as per record, including MLC. 3.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions of his clients present in courtroom, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
