% 21.01.2019 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate application for clarification/directions in W.P.(C) No.6244/2003, in which the order remanding the matter back to the learned Labour Court was passed, which in turn has passed the impugned order.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending application, with liberty as prayed for.
