The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petitions seeking anticipatory bail have become infructuous, since the FIR No.36/2024 under Sections 308/341/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Dabri stands quashed by this Court's order of the even date 21.03.2024 passed in CRL.M.C. 2333/2024.
