% 20.01.2025 Today, statement of respondent no. 2 has been recorded to ascertain the veracity and the genuineness of the parties entering into settlement. Considering the nature of the case, and the allegations the identity of the victim has not been revealed in her statement and her details are also masks in the petition. However, self attested Aadhar Card of the respondent no. 2 identified by her counsel has been obtained. The same is kept in her envelop marked as Annexure T-1. Be made part of record. Respondent no. 2 lodged the FIR No. 0210/2023, Under Section 354/354-B/506 IPC at PS Subhash Place, Delhi against the petitioner, who is her father-in-law. The contents of the FIR also contain allegations against her mother-in-law who is also a petitioner in this petition. Respondent no. 2 submits that she has voluntarily and amicably and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. without any pressure or coercion from anyone entered into compromise/MOU with the son of the petitioner (her earlier husband vide MOU dated 12.12.2024 which is on record as Annexure - B) bearing her signatures at page 25.

She further submits that the First Motion for divorce under Section 13-B (1) of HMA was allowed on 07.01.2025 by the learned Court of Sh. Neeraj Gaur, Family Judge, Rohini Courts, Delhi and now the second motion is to be filed.

Respondent no. 2 also submits that As per the MOU both the parties have complied with all the terms and conditions so far and she undertakes to further abide by all the terms and conditions of the MOU in future. Respondent no. 2 undertakes to fully cooperate in second motion of the divorce petition as well as in quashing of the abovesaid FIR as well as withdrawal of all other cases between the parties if any. She also states that all claims as per the MOU stand satisfied and she voluntarily do not wish to pursue FIR No. 0210/2023, Under Section 354/354-B/506 IPC was registered at PS Subhash Place, against the petitioner. Respondent no. 2 has also given a no objection affidavit for quashing of the present FIR which is Annexure - C at page 32.

This pre verified report along with the petition may be placed before the Hon'ble Court today itself at 02:00 PM as it is jointly reported by the parties that a connected quashing petition is listed before Hon'ble Court No. 26 for today itself at 02:00 PM.
