The present petitions were filed at the time when the FIR had not been registered. However, during the pendency of the petition the FIR No. 123/2024 under Sections 468/471/420/511/120B/34 IPC came to be registered at PS Wazirabad on 16.02.2024.

registration of FIR the petitioners have also joined the investigation, which position is not disputed by the learned APP on instructions from the IO, who is present in Court.

The learned APP further fairly states that the custody of the petitioner is not required for the purpose of investigation. 4.
In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of petitioner's arrest, they be released on bail subject to their furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each and a surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer, further subject to the condition that they will join investigation as and when directed by the IO concerned.
