The present petition has been filed under Section 439 CrPC seeking extension of interim bail in FIR No.0212/2020 under Sections 307/34 IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act registered at Police Station Timarpur, granted to the petitioner vide order dated 21.12.2023 in Bail Appln.4173/2023.

Notice was issued in the bail application with a direction to the Investigating Officer to file a status report verifying the medical records attached to the application.

The Investigating Officer has verified the factum of surgery. A verification report from Aadhya9 Multispecialty Hospital has been handed over in Court, the same is taken on record.

A perusal of the said report reveals that the Medical Superintendent of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 02/07/2025 at 02:11:35

the said hospital has verified that the surgery of the petitioner is planned on 25.01.2024.

In view of the above, the interim bail granted to the petitioner is extended for a period of three weeks from today on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 21.12.2023 passed in BAIL APPLN.4173/2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to say that no further extension of interim bail shall be sought by the petitioner irrespective of whether the surgery is performed or not. The said statement is taken on record.

The petition is disposed of.

Copy of the order be forwarded to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary compliance.
