The solitary grievance raised by the petitioner is with respect the issuance of a registration certificate from respondent no. 2, wherein, the degree of the petitioner of "Master of Science in Infectious Disease from University of London" is mentioned or shown as qualification qua the said degree in addition to the other degrees of the petitioner. 2.

Let the petitioner to make a fresh representation within seven days to respondent no. 2 along with a copy of this petition. 3.

On doing so, let respondent no. 2 to take an appropriate decision within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the representation. 4.
