The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning an order dated 01.11.2019 passed in Crl. Appeal No. 303/2018 by the learned ASJ-03 (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that his instructions are only limited to praying that the parties be referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation Centre. He states that he has no instructions to argue the matter. It is seen that the petitioner has also not surrendered. 3.

Apart from the above, this Court has also examined the impugned order and finds no infirmity with the same. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
