Learned counsel for the parties have filed the Memorandum of Understanding duly notarised on 27.11.2019, that records the terms and conditions of the settlement arrived at between the parties. 2.
Both the parties have agreed that the factum of dissolution of marriage between them would be accepted and the present appeal filed by the appellant would be withdrawn by her in view of the settlement arrived at. The details regarding the custody of the minor child has been set out in para 2; the terms of the financial settlement are recorded in para 3; the decision regarding pending litigations has been set out in para 4 and the last MAT.APP.(F.C.) 18/2019
paragraph of the MoU records that both the parties are agreeable to the terms recorded therein and they would abide by it.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that he has brought two drafts of Rs.3 lakhs each drawn in favour of two sons of the parties, which has been accepted by the counsel for the appellant. 4.
The Memorandum of Understanding has been signed by the parties and has been duly witnessed. Learned counsel for the parties states that the Memorandum of Understanding dated 27.11.2019 may be taken on record and the present appeal be disposed of in terms thereof. The Memorandum of Understanding is taken on record. The parties are bound down to the terms and conditions recorded in the MoU and are cautioned that any violation of the terms and conditions will invite contempt of courts proceedings, besides other legal remedies that may be available to the aggrieved party.

The appeal is disposed of as not pressed while leaving the parties to bear their own expenses.
