The present petition has been preferred impugning the order dated 13.12.2023 passed by learned Additional District Judge-03, Rohini Courts, Delhi in CS DJ No. 58442/2016 vide which the right of the petitioner to lead defence evidence was closed. The petitioner herein is defendant no. 1 before the learned Trial Court.
