At the very outset, Mr. Lakshay Dhamija, learned counsel for petitioner, informed that the present petition has become infructuous as the stay in question has been vacated by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 23rd January, 2024.

He, therefore, prays that the present petition may be accordingly, disposed of as having become infructuous.
