% 15.01.2020 Vide this petition, petitioner is seeking parole for three months to attend marriage of his niece, which is scheduled for 18th January, 2020. Status report filed.
Learned APP for the State submits that the factum of marriage of the petitioner's niece stands verified.
In view of above, this petition is allowed and in the interest of justice, petitioner is granted two weeks' parole from the date of his release to enable him to attend the marriage of his niece on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent, subject to the following conditions: i) The petitioner shall provide his mobile phone number to the Jail Superintendent at the time of his release, which shall be
kept in working conditions at all the times. The same shall not be changed without prior intimation to the Jail Superintendent; ii) The petitioner shall report at the local police station to mark his attendance on every alternate day at 11:00 a.m. during the period of parole;
iii) The petitioner shall duly surrender at the end of the period of parole; and iv) The petitioner shall also not indulge in any criminal activity while on parole.
A copy of this order be communicated to the Jail Superintendent. The petition and application stand disposed of. A copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsels for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
