The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the FIR No.0185/2018 under Sections 354/323 of the IPC registered with PS Pandav Nagar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. 3.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and is identified by her counsel. She states that she has since resolved all he disputes and differences with the petitioner. She further states that the FIR in question was filed in view of certain misunderstandings that had arisen. She states that she does not wish

to pursue the said FIR and joins the petitioner in praying that the FIR in question be quashed.

The petitioner is also present in the Court and is identified by his counsel. He undertakes to this Court that he shall not misbehave with any lady and shall ensure that all women are treated with respect and dignity. He is bound down to the said undertaking.

In view of the statement/undertaking made by the concerned parties (the petitioner and respondent no.2), this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

Accordingly, FIR No. 0185/2018 under Section 354/323 of the IPC registered with PS Pandav Nagar are and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.
