Preet Singh Chawla states that in his certificate he never suggested any surgery for removal of pus from gallbladder, therefore, the certificate has been wrongly misunderstood by the petitioner. On perusal of the certificate in question, nowhere it is mentioned that Dr. Preet Singh Chawla has suggested any surgery for removal of pus from gallbladder. Accordingly, presence of Dr. Preet Chawla is dispensed with. Keeping in view the fact that no surgery is required, therefore, I hereby dismissed the application.
