Learned counsel for the decree holder submits that the judgment debtor has refused to sign the joint application for withdrawal/dropping of allegations of Section 406/420/120B IPC in FIR No.435/2011 in respect of property bearing No.B-89A/2, Kalkaji, New Delhi in terms of clause 15 of the settlement agreement dated 19th September, 2016. 2.
Mr.Deepak Gupta, attorney of the judgment debtor present in Court undertakes that the judgment debtor shall sign the necessary application mentioned in clauses 13 and 15 of the settlement agreement dated 19th September, 2016 within one week from today.
The undertaking of the judgment debtor's attorney is hereby accepted. 3.
The petition is disposed of in terms of the undertaking of the judgment debtor's attorney with liberty to decree holder to revive the same in the event of any violation of the undertaking given by attorney of the judgment debtor.

The pending applications are disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
