% 06.03.2024 CM APPL. 13985/2024 (Seeking compromise decree in terms of the settlement agreement dated 11th January, 2024) 1.

The instant application under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed on behalf of the appellant seeking the following reliefs:

"(a) Allow the application and pass the compromise decree in terms of Settlement Agreement (Annexure- A) dated 11.1.2024. (b) Any further order or directions, may be passed as deemed fit in facts and circumstances and in the interest of justice." 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of appellant submitted that the dispute between the parties stand settled with the intervention of the Delhi The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 11th January, 2024 which has been placed on record. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant prayed that the instant application may be allowed and a compromise decree shall be passed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 11th January, 2024. 4.

The parties appeared in person and have no objection for allowing the instant application.

This Court has perused the Settlement Agreement dated 11th January, 2024 and found nothing unlawful therein.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the instant application accordingly stands disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 11th January, 2024 as nothing survives for further adjudication in the instant petition.

The parties are directed to remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 11th January, 2024. 8.

The Registry is directed to draw up a decree sheet in terms thereof. RFA 56/2023 In terms of the order passed on the even date in CM APPL. 13985/2024, instant appeal is disposed of as nothing survives for further adjudication in the instant appeal.

Pending applications, if any, also stands disposed of.
