This is an application on behalf of the Petitioner for rectification of the Judgement dated 08.05.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 824/2023 and CONT.CAS(C) 1294/2023.

This Court vide Judgement dated 08.05.2024 has allowed the writ petition directing the Respondent/NBCC to return the entire amount of money paid by the Petitioners within a period of six weeks along with interest @12% from 30.01.2021 till the date of the Judgment. 3.

The purport of this application is for payment of interest from the date of deposit of respective instalments by the Petitioner to the Respondents. This Court after taking into account all the facts and circumstances of the case has directed payment of entire amount of money to the Petitioner @ 12% interest from 30.01.2021 within a period of six weeks. 5.

The Petitioner is in fact seeking a review of the Judgment dated 08.05.2024 in the guise of an application for rectification. There is no error apparent on the face of the record. The said judgment does not require any modification.

The application is dismissed.
