By way of present application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks to furnish compliance report w.r.t the order dated 16.01.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cost in terms of the order dated 16.01.2024 has been deposited, though the same has been paid after a delay of 40 days.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed, subject to payment of further cost of Rs.5,000/- to be deposited with the Delhi State Legal Services Authority (A/c No.: 18580110053263, Bank: UCO BANK, Branch: Rouse Avenue, IFSC: UCBA0003364) within a period of four weeks from today. The amount so deposited shall be utilized by the Delhi State Legal Services Authority for providing counselling/psychological support to POCSO victims requiring such assistance. 4.

Proof evidencing receipt of deposit shall be filed with the Investigating Officer.
