The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers: "a) Direct the respondents no.1 to 3 to transfer the case/complaint to the crime branch or special cell for proper investigation of the matter and/or;
b) further direct the respondent no.1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection / security to the petitioner and his family members as the petitioner is having apprehension of arrest in false allegations cases lodged by Ms. Anjali Mandal (Mob No. 7011396232 and 9069091882) before the respondent no.3 and/or c) pass such any other or further order/s which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned Additional Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that on the complaint made by Ms. 'A', FIR No. 56/2025 under Sections 376/506 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Ranjeet Nagar.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. 5.
