% 06.01.2020 By this petition, the petitioner is seeking extension of parole on the ground that the his mother is an old lady aged about 60 years and is continuously suffering from severe and unbearable back pain and is diagnosed with Radiculopathy and advised physiotherapy which is now to take place on 24.1.2020. State has file the status report, which shows that there is nothing serious in the condition of the mother of the petitioner.

In these circumstances, no grounds for extension of parole are made out. Dismissed.
