The petitioner seeks grant of parole for a period of 08 weeks in case FIR No. 212/2006 of Police Station Mandir Marg for offence under Section 302 IPC and Section 25/27 of the Arms Act.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh, challenging the order dated 15.07.2025 of the competent authority, whereby his parole request was declined.
