The hearing of the instant writ petition was being deferred from time to time because learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner intends to amend the writ petition.

Today, learned counsel states that rather filing an application to amend the writ petition which may consume sometime before the amended writ petition is taken on record, the petitioner has instructed learned counsel to withdraw the instant writ petition and file a fresh petition on the grievance concerning displeasure awarded to the petitioner and its consequence concerning the appraisal done by the DPC.

Granting liberty to the petitioner as prayed for the instant writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
