By way of present petition, the petition seeks setting aside of the orders dated 17.11.2023 and 20.12.2023 passed by learned Special Court (NIA), Patiala House Courts, New Delhi vide which noticing the absence of the petitioner, NBWs were issued against him and bail bonds were forfeited. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the day of passing of the impugned order, the petitioner had joined the proceedings through VC however his presence could not marked. He further states upon instructions that in future, the petitioner undertakes to appear before the Trial Court regularly. The undertaking is accepted and taken on record. 3.
