The appellant appeared in person and submitted that an amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Rupees Only) has already been deposited before the Registry of this Court. It is submitted that there is a possibility of settlement which may be acceptable to both the parties. 2.
The respondent no. 1 appeared in person and has no objection if the instant matter gets settled between the parties. However, she seeks liberty to file an appropriate application to withdraw the amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Rupees Only) along with the accrued interest which has been deposited within the Registry of this Court. 3.
Leave granted.
