By virtue of the present petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner seeks setting aside of the order dated 15.12.2025, passed by JMFC-095, Patial House Courts, New Delhi in Complaint Case No.541/2022 entitled "DGGI, Delhi Zonal Unit Vs. Shyam Sunder Modi & Anr.", thereby allowing petitioner to renew passport of Petitioner for a period of 10 years being the full term. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the concerned passport authority involved within a period of one week, who shall endeavour to decide representation made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks after giving appropriate hearing to the petitioner.
