Mr. Uzair, the Contemnor, is present in Court. He submits that he has filed an affidavit of apology. He further submits that, in future, he shall be very careful and would never commit any act in violation of any Court order. 2.

The Contemnor, who is a 26 years old young man, with no previous bad antecedents, submits that in heat of the moment and without proper understanding the matter, he conducted himself inappropriately which resulted in contempt.

We have perused the affidavit of apology and heard the Contemnor. 4.

The affidavit of apology is accepted, albeit with a note of caution. 5.

In view of the above, the proceedings against the Contemnor are hereby closed and he stands discharged accordingly.
