% 30.01.2026 1.
The revisionist has assailed order dated 10.11.2025 of the learned CJM, whereby the revisionist was declared proclaimed offender. On being pointed out that the impugned order is an interlocutory order, aimed simply to ensure appearance of the revisionist to face trial/investigation, so the revision petition is not maintainable, learned counsel for revisionist on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to move appropriate application before the learned CJM. 2.
As requested, the petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
